Joselina (Josey) Fontes is a Cape Verdean American and first-generation college graduate. After working in the education system over the past seven years through counseling, advising, coaching, and mentoring students, Josey felt most inspired when assisting them with their mental health and emotional well-being. She is also, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and has facilitated a variety of Wellness workshops over the past few years. Some of these topics include understanding toxic behavior patterns, communicating effectively, developing healthy boundaries, and more. Every session is designed to help embrace who you are, become more independent, creative, and understanding as you continue to navigate the world! Guiding others on their individual journey is Josey's passion.
